Based on NatWest Group's research, we were tasked with understanding 18 - 25 year old's relationship with Ethics in the context of money. The task was to create a service proposition that NatWest could deliver.
We found because this age group is new to managing money, Ethics has more to do with spending wisely. We found that lot of external factors lead to expenditure on things that they regret.
Spending Sprint is a way to reflect on your purchases and compute a "regret amount", which you can work to offset with community challenges. Encouraging a reflective and self-aware relationship with your spending.
